Newer ones are always infested with newbies that will quit after two days of playing
there was "cross-server lobby" tab in game where you could play with others from different regions
Choosing another server resulted in creating another account
Having over 20 servers was a thing popular in early 2000s MMOs and they would force you to spend money to have your account transferred, cant believe they still do this xD
