Honse would take forever to learn and needs to be SS3 to be more effective.

If you built both Honse and Sunny to SSS and you know their rot, the gap between them will not be that big. Sunny is still a bit stronger though.

But if you are a total newbie, Sunny will appear to be like double the power of Honse because it's just hard to learn her rot.
