Lucia Crimson Weave is pretty outdated now, she's not going to carry you. Just useful early game but will struggle in late game weeklies.

Luna Oblivion is infinitely more useful if you are newbie.

To sum up, this game force you create a team of three which often are: Shredder (tank or breaker class, their job is to debuff the enemies and gain shield), Amplifier (buffs allies and heals) and a main dps.

Amplifier buffs the team based on their element (Vera buffs fire, Lilith buffs dark for example)

But Luna Oblivion change elemental buffs into universal buffs. So if you are new, you can use a team like: Luna + Lilith + Shredder for all the elemental teams u need. It's a pretty useful newbie quick team.
