well, i did her tutorial of the rotation you do with her but i don't understand what exactly makes her that strong, somehow she fits into multiple effect teams and two elemental teams, is she basically like a jack of all trades tank that fits into all rotations or does she do anything specific

for example i understand how bianca: crepe focuses on dealing raydiance and dark damage but what exactly does nanami: startrail do

So she is currently in 4 meta teams

Ignition, lightning, plasma, ray

If you have subpar options for other elemental teams, she can be slotted in with oblivion, or by herself in fire

First and foremost, her biggest strength is her raw damage. After that, it's that she is a tank

Tanks will stay in meta for an ungodly amount of time - even if they are too old to deal decent damage - depending on their ability to apply shred

It helps that she has a good combination of elements. Lightning has the most possible teams (3) while the others have 2 or 1.

The way her ignition works is that you get a mark when she uses her igni attack, which in turn lets her shred fire. So there she gets +1 team, because she can do both ignition and fire

The same can be said for amplifiers and breakers.

Ray is an affix. Every affix has a "parent element" which in this case is lightning. Startrail is currently the strongest lightning tank, so it only makes sense to use her when every team needs at least 1 tank and 1 amplifier.

So to answer your question, yes. Nanami has more shred than the others in the same position (lightning). Furthermore, she can stack more shred with higher ranks, and has a shred field while using her memory set (iirc)

Started the game recently and I have one of characters at level 80 and I'm able to breeze through the story, with all enemies including bosses dying in like 2 hits. Is there a point in the main story where the stages are balanced for high level characters? Since the bosses do look cool but I'm not really engaging with the combat outside of the stages where you have to play as specific characters.
