watanabe epitaph is still usable because he is a tank that can be freely upgraded (with vouchers) to SSS rank. SSS rank gives -3s swap cooldown (this is a gen 3 tank/breaker exclusive upgrade) which gives him the benefit of STILL being on the fire team despite Kamui Aeternion completely replacing him (breaker = gen 4 tank) in his role. Unless Kamui is SSS, watanabe goes on the team (if SSS)
