1. Tanks want to do their rotation to apply and reapply shred, while Amps can buff via qte. However, everyone in PGR is dps. Usually the newest character becomes the main-dps of the team, e.g. currently mdps of Ice, Dark, Lightning* and Fire* are Amps and tanks.
   *given equal or better investment with Attackers.
