Luna doesn't have weapon reso, ish and nirvatia has dlt.

All 3 use the same exact memory set (sig cottie) and resonance (atk + ult) SOLELY for testing purposes only.

Unlike Ishmael and luna that requires cottie for multiple rotation, Nirvatia can do double rot still without cottie as long as you have dlt.

With specific rot, Luna and ish are able to do complete rotation within amp buff ( ≤ 10s ), but not nirvatia ( ± 13s ).

I am NOT RESPONSIBLE for any misinformation based on this video regarding Nirvatia dmg and role in the nihil team, there's still no nihil wz to test.
