It has 60 pull pity, and will cost 15k to get a character
Fate themed banner is same as themed banner, but with increased chance of 1.5% per pull
There's a catch, the pity is randomise, it can range between 80 to 100, depends on your luck, you either get a character at a single pull or you'll need 25k BC to get it

Arrival banner is for past unit, there's 3 of them that you can choose, but it has 70/30 pity, so if you lose, you'll get the other character instead
Fate arrival banner is just like fate themed banner

Ss0 Selena glacio rot is very tight without Alisa's duration extend, and wanshi basically locked to 1 ult per rot, so if at the end of wanshi ult you don't swap immediately, then glacio gauge will run out by the time Selena ult2
Meaning you'd have to prolong the other chars rotation
