Why is nazrin is taking so long?

During the integration patch, where Kuro combines multiple patch into 1 big patch, in this case, it's 3 patch into 1
And then, there's this thing called weekly supply that you can buy on the supply shop, it will give you serum and some extra stuffs, and since it's 3x patch, you can buy that 3 times
But for some reason, after the patch goes through weekly reset, that item somehow grants 3k RnD ticket instead, and because you can buy it thrice, you'll get 9k RnD tickets
This caused a lot of commotion amongst people and lot of them were rushing to get that sweet 9k RnD tickets
Kuro took alert on this and quickly issues a hotfix and the weekly supply goes back to giving serum, while giving 2.5k RnD tickets as compensation
Unfortunately for those who has bought and used the ticket, Kuro subtracted the exact amount causing the players who has used the ticket to have negatives amount of RnD tickets
So yeah, that's the tragedy of 30th June 2025
