1. In a team of teddy wanshi and another amp, if that other amp is r2, then you don't need weap reso, since amp weapon reso already held by that other amp
2. Yes, she deals a lot more damage than qu, infact she's not even in the team anymore, as using another amp will make it perform better than just using qu
