You complete them for some reward and use your stamina to clear map nodes (they need to be 100% completed). They are server wide so each time you clear a node you participate on the server.

You also want to check the codex, upgrade your collection and look at the auction to get the upgrade mats for the compedium.

Since a normal a gen 2 amp has 10℅ and 10% elemnetal damage and some games uses 100% as a base damage but not a multiplier and add 100% to add making 200℅ a 2x multiplier instead of 1 and think of the amp and elemental buffs as 100℅ and times by 2 you get 20% amp and 20℅ elemental buff
