Well, pv already roaming around for 3 decades, and we dont really know what mental age really is tbh

Like sure vera's mental age is the same to when she became cons which is 17, but cases like lucia (alpha) and luna are not

U can see that lucia and luna are teens on mental age, yet they became cons around 5-7 years old
