Iirc, this patch initial download size is 11gb, now the whole thing is 32gb in my phone. So let's just assume the base game is sitting near 21gb at most.

Next patch predownload size is 6gb, if you preload it now you will need additional 6gb free space to accommodate 32+6gb

This is probably the card connection issue, bank to the game, if you keep trying multiple times you get blocked(it might though it as a fraud so kuro or the back account might have blocked) what you can do is DM @/babylonia_megumi to ask why your payment method payment method was declined, Also check within your bank account if they had blocked anything internally on your account
