You should focus on getting the newest limited characters first, then afterwards if you still have bc available, you can use it on thunderbolt for the nanami character selector. But always prioritize new s-ranks, since thunderbolt is permanent and you can get it anytime

Lightning team with solo nanami is sufficient enough.
Not having liv would only make darkflow affix inaccessible.
Ishmael on the other hand is a dps in nihil, and a good substitute amp/tank, for teams like dark.
There's also the argument that because of her limited banner, you ideally want to guarantee for both the character and the weapon,
Although ish also need her sig aswell

But for now just wait and see what players reaction to liv

The rewards reduction is not really a change. It existed only cuz the CN version was few patches ahead of global version so the global version had to release multiple characters in a patch to get up to the CN version. Now we are caught up so from now on only 1 x patch
