Not because her class is a tank. Main damage dealer isn't decided from class, purely on who can deal most damage efficiently, usually it's newer unit. There are many cases that main dps isn't an attacker class.

We never switch to rosetta because she can't deal any significant damage. But tank has a special ability to reduce enemy resistance, that's what we need. So we only use her as qte bot

On one hand bianca is in every way a better investment than veronica(veronica in physical is a fraud)
On the other hand you don't have any physical unit rn beside hanying

I'd say just skip them both and use your ticket in anniversary banner, since you can also pick characters from there, upto bianca.
And from there pick Selena, she's much better in physical

The only good thing about veronica is her ignition potential, but you probably didn't need to consider it right now

Also pick your nanami startrail from the check banner asap, since next patch it will reset and you can use the selector again
From there get vera
