Each boss has a different weakness and teams that do well against
This rotation for example:
Gwyn is weak to fire so you have to use vera team
Lloyd is weak to dark so you use lilith or bianca team
Trailblazer is neutral so you can use your strongest team (i used ultima slash for example)
Its kinda hard to get 600+ scores without meta teams and proper investments so keep that in mind

If you have the correct teams but still cant get that score it must be rotation issue or wrong qte timings
Check yt to see other player runs and try to do what they do

getting the 6-star weapon also lets you get another half of a setbonus. so what we do is:
4x herschell
2x Heisen
2x Heisen on the 6-star weapon
so you still get the 4-set bonus of both, despite only having 6 memory slots
