Technically if qu is ss0 and wanshi is sss, then wanshi becomes ice dps

And sss wanshi is easier to get than ss3 qu tbh

So really that makes only 1 team out of the main 6 types to have an attacker as dps

All affixes save for disruption have attackers as dps

Or if you don't have dante then nanami becomes ignition team dps

I recommend not really resonating them (at least not perfectly unless you’re sure you will be maining her)

The reason for that is Vergil's SSS unlike Dante's only half of it buffs physical the rest buffs ultima slash

When you resonate memories you can get a lot of different things, check on the game
When it says “any atk” it means any atk resonance

Any res that increases atk is good for the char

and whats the best way to get the mats to resonate the memories

You can resonate them with another memory, with shards from the simulation and the red items that let you choose which res you are getting

The red ones are kinda premium (some battlepass and packs give them)

Max every memories, resonate all of it, hypertune 4-5-6. If possible (like you haven't resonate diesel and cottie), use dv and ein and do this.
