Dont build a rank even if they are sss+. Ignore glaciation for now and just build wanshi instead. And with your cw rank, you don't use her at all (for endgame content).

So you are suggesting to not use Fulgor because she was originally A rank which makes her naturally weaker. Focus on Lucid Dreamer instead and make a team with him.
