Qte skill cooldown is known and is often within an optimal rotation that is done within less than 10 seconds most of the time (also the duration of the amplifier class buff) is put at the time when the strongest skill is cast on each character

With an optimal rotation, qte timing naturally comes into play properly as long as you know when you're supposed to use them

Also considering how almost all of the character release recently can active qte skills automatically when casting specific skills

It's the matter when you want to learn how to use it properly

Get to 600 and then use your ultimate to tun into a demon
Hold either red or whatever to get the stacks up to 1000
Then ULT to cast the slashes

So like
Red orb red orb
Hold yellow orb for 1 sec
Release yellow orb (300 stacks)
Repeat once more (600 stacks)
ULT to turn into demon
Hold Red orb (1000 stacks)
ULT to slash like a madman
