For it you just need a set score to get the Black cards and call it a weekly job done

Same goes for Warzone, some choose to stay in Elite due to it being nice and casual, just chill.

For events and such you usually get the trial characters where everyone is on equal grounds, like the Vergil/Echo bosses ongoing rn where people compete with the same investment trial characters to show off true skill.

So the rewards there are all on your own skill.
