Why is Qu without signature so awful to play? How do you guys use her?

I have encountered these issues so far:

• Will Bearer (hold dodge during matrix) being so hard to execute. Need to be in both Into the Fray state (8s duration, triggered by 3ping + any ping) and Sunshift state (4s duration, triggered by matrix).

Can't do this if you enter Sunshift first then enter Into the Fray (by doing matrix ping + any ping) since Sunshift duration will be over when you enter Into the Fray

• Mountain Caller (hold BA) is also oftentimes hard to trigger since it need 3 Inscriptions, which means 3-any-3-3 pings. Even after swapping in that would require at least 7 orbs and good RNG of having at least 2x3 orbs of same color

What do I do in case I only managed to get 1 or 2 Inscriptions? Spam Hold BA to do Snow Drifter (doesnt convert inscription into Glyph for ult bonus damage) then just ult?
