Generally speaking ur teams always start on the amp (support), then at the start of the fight u swap into either the tank or dps, (lets say dps), then u swap tank, amp, dps on loop. All characters have a “core rotation” that usually ends with them doing their ult that u perform either once or twice, depending on character/invest.
Theres videos for every element and affix team on YouTube that showcases rotations u can check out
