There are definitely ways that PGR could improve as a game, mainly slowing down powercreep if that's even possible, but you can say that and also say that a lot of the people who complain about not being able to keep up with the meta just spent their resources in a resource management game on a cosmetic with no benefit to your account other than looking pretty
