about that, point is that you have a lot of serum for free. So much serum that you have resources for building ALL teams as new player. You dont find urself out of serum to build anyone at all, and if you somehow out of it, you still can play for week and get everything you need. But characters go away, so if you need bc you priortize them 100%. Sure it's more optimal to spend serum for resources if you dont rush chars, cos now it's x3 patch, but if you need bc now, you can use it for quests.
