Here @placid crescent a few tips might be outdated though

Tips:
Always play co-op so that you can get the 5* weapon fragments, since the base A rank constructs usually doesn't need 6* weapons so 5* is recommended, and the only way you can get them is either by getting copies from 10 pulls or getting lucky. With 450 5* weapon fragments you can choose which 5* weapon to get from shop

Don't spend serum on resources stages, since those are inefficient because it's better to get materials using the currency you get in simulated battlefield

Choose how you build correctly, for example use the correct build for characters using the pgr website since certain characters have certain builds depending on the situations. For example there are builds that is only applicable to SSS rank base S rank, and there's DPS builds and Support builds for the same character e.g. Teddy: Decrypter.

Prioritize building Base S rank characters first, since getting materials for Hypertune in late game is kinda hard

Use the selector resonance for S-Rank characters only, since you can still resonate characters with 5* star memory fragments or currency from limited battlefield

Again, use the random memory resonance option for base a-rank, just fill out all their memory resonance first before correctly using the right resonance, since it's better to have more resonance than not

Don't spend bc for serum just for daily quest, since your losing in the long run, you can still complete your dailies without doing the spend bc on serum quest

Daily quest to prioritize:
• Interact with Constructs
• Spend 300 serum
• Dorm commission
• Entering 1 dorm
• buy in shop

PPC:
You can still get the bc rewards immediately in PPC by just sending some random in each individual stage ones, you don't need to try hard on the hell stags and lower just to get the bc rewards from weeklies

what’s interesting abt testing builds is consistency in the way u perform rotations is necessary too. For more complicated teams like plasma and glacio it can be difficult to tell what’s actually making the difference
