Just look up any Dante guide in PGR, you'll see that they run nanami because he is meant to be an ignition dps and not a fire one. His fire damage is very low.

In a proper team of the Ice element, you want to start with Kaleido and swap directly to Lucid Dreamer
You want to cast his signature move once to activate his off field resistance reduction passive skills, after that you can swap to Shukra for her to deal damage within the time of Lucid Dreamer's passive skills duration

SS3 rank Epitaph is really good especially that it increases his Fire resistance reduction number in his skills set, that way the upgrade is beneficial to the whole team as his job as a tank

SS3 rank Echo is a very minimum upgrade, it doesn't Increase any of her Physical buff

And SSS rank Crimson Weave would make her a viable sub dps in the lightning team, but considering the current situation of the lightning team itself it's very hard to justify the upgrade for her, especially like Gzus said before, you can get her SSS rank upgrade through the voucher eventually

Both will count as 1 buff

And the activation is tricky

After you use one qte skills to activate the second one as the passive skill of 4 Piece Davinci, when using the second qte skills it simply won't activate the first qte again

Yes it is fine to use 4 Piece Chen Jiyuan on both Shukra and Lucid Dreamer

The 4 Piece effect for the Ice resistance reduction won't be stacked between each other and will only work as 1 debuff with 15% decrease, but the buff boosts for the personal damage on each of the characters is still very good to be used
