Sometimes a new powercreep tank comes up before a new dps for an element and they'll be making more dmg than your current meta attacker, but that's temporary till the new dps comes up
For current ice team, its Qu Shukra for dps, Wanshi dreamer for Tank, and Ayla (you can get her from dorm) for amplifier

Get 3 full teams to SS rank
Look up their proper memory resonance, and hypertune if recomended.
Once you have that, the teams will probably carry you through most of the content till you have enough knowledge of the game to pull on your own
