||I'm usually a story-skip person as I've read the story in CN. But due to my appreciation for Selena's story that has been written with such perfection, I decided to read it in EN as well.

Now I'm fine with the minor translation errors such as "不好" gets directly translated into EN to "Oh no" when Teddy was supposed to express that she's not feeling good, since the story is long, and they had to Google translate or something. But then OH MY GOD did they mess up so badly in the second half of Chapter 34-6 in Dream till The Timeless End where Selena met with us.

There was a perspective switch the moment "Stay back" dialogue choice appeared. Here it was supposed to describe "our" perspective, as the text had switched to a first-person, all the way until the line "Her hopeful gaze meets icy eyes, and her heart shatters...". Everything in between was supposed to be our OWN side of the story, how we have forgotten about her and felt alerted at her, and yet the translation made the fatal mistake of "she was alerted towards us", when clearly she's been longing to meet us, almost calling out our name.

It was supposed to be one of the pivotal moments of the story and yet they somehow messed up the translations? The emotional buildup, the pain that Selena felt when we have forgotten about her and pointed a gun at her, how she struggled to contain the pain inside, all of that just got ruined by the bad translation.

It is exactly because I've read it in CN already that I knew this is such an important scene, in Chinese terms, a "名场面" that should be treated with care and yet the translation team messed it up and ruined everything that should be praised for the scene.

Please, somebody go to the translation team, and please ask them to fix it 😭||
