The reason why I suggest Wata is because you already have Vera who can main dps for fire with an optimal tank aka Wata for the time being.
Wanshi can be a sub/main dps while you wait for Qu or her replacement and Ayla is just there to be a qte bot.

For memories to have any effect you need at leas two pieces, two more (4 on total) give you the whole benefit. As you can put on 6 memories on a unit, you can have one 4 memory set and one 2 memory set. With harmonization you can put another 2 memory pieces on your unit (8 in total)

Game gives enough to get all units as a f2p but isnt so generous to the point where u can get their sigs and cubs either
If u need to take a break for a patch or 2 then return later, ur acc is gonna be behind by quite a bit cuz u skipped some units
