I am confused, I just found out that epitaph was supposed to be somewhat complicated / have a weird rotation and that you desperately need him SS to even be able to do double ult rotation

but my epitaph is S-Rank and I do double ult no problem
and all I do is (3Ping) ult -> 3x those red orbs -> 3x blaze -> ult2 -> repeat

it lets you do +2 on any memory set of your choice
so you could do:
4x Signa
2x DV
PLUS 2x DV from Harmony, so 4x

affixes have certain gimmicks, that are very restrictive in team-building
every affix team has one Executioner (your dps)
and an Enabler
the executioner deals terrible damage, if the Enabler is not there to turn on the affix. but if you DO do the setup, affix teams are stupid powerful
