You probably want to consider that the game itself is also within an integrated version where majority of the game code are edited for the new game scheduling compared to the usual singular version like the past, so this kind of bug is still very possible to happen because of how they adjusted the game premium packs to suit with the multiple integrated version like they have been trying.

Also it is possible they did something wrong while preparing for the game state of anniversary soon and got it wrong because the game is currently within an Integrated version.

She can deal a decent amount of damage already by her own, the only thing required would be that you always want to have at least 1 tank character in the team to reduce the enemies defense points so that your dps character can deal damage efficiently.

A roll back would be them literally rolling the server back to before the reset. So -9000 is likely since they did that at the beginning of the game when they accidently gave 10000 and then gave everyone -10000
