The weekly pack was already the usual weekly pack that everyone got and purchased every week

The issue is the content of the said pack is suddenly changed for some reason and everyone was purchasing the pack for the usual serums and resources that we purchase every week.

If you pay attention to it you will realize it is unusual, and the amount of the free tickets that was given is also a red flag from how packs usually work.

You can't say it's Kuro's fault entirely while everyone is blindly getting an usually bugged pack and expect to "well I didn't know the packs that I always bought weekly suddenly gives me a lot of premium currency and I already spent it before I was thinking about it.

No one has gotten banned yet so far and they acknowledge the issues as for now.

The possibility of people getting banned is likely from auto moderation from the game system that detected some players getting a decent amount of premium currencies from somewhere unusual and detecting it as hacking considering every game moderation isn't done manually.
