Selena CUB is the best there, but her CUB also has a guaranteed rate-up this patch

so I don't think you should use it on her CUB unless you're sure you're not pulling on the CUB banner

So basically, using basic attack lets you generate 1 of 3 types of orbs (red/yellow/blue) at random, that activate their respective skills (red skill, yellow skill blue skill).
When you generate 3 of one orb colour in a line, you can do a "3-ping" the 3 ping skill does more damage, has bonus effects and generates more ultimate energy.
