I don't know, on my friend's PC he ended up with both launchers, because the first one was installed in the PC's appdata, while on mine it was automatically overwritten, practically uninstalling all the old files and then installing the new ones, so it depends on each player what they want to do, I believe.

You’ll eventually build the teams out. It takes less time than expected and you don’t need the meta version of the teams either. You can sub in other units of the same type (like Fire tank) if you don’t have watanabe and still clear the hardest of the mines. Just slowly focus on one or two teams at a time, better to have one-two good teams than 5 crap ones.

As for how reruns work.

1st - Character is sent to the Event Banner. 100% guaranteed.

2nd - Character is taken off, takes maybe an update or two for them to get into the Base Banner, which is available all the time. TL;DR - The Base Banner is where many of the past characters are available.

3rd - character can be obtained in the Base Banner for 60 pulls. However, Base Banner can only have a 100% pull of an S-rank character you want every 3 or so months. So if yoh want 2 characters from the Base Banner, you can only get one of them, then you will need to wait for the 2nd character for 3 months.
