HOWEVER. her gimmick is that she can also turn herself into a support if you put her in a Elemental team.
if you put a Lightning tank, and Ishmael in the same team, ishmael will change her passive to be that of a Lightning support (so healing and buffing lightning damage). Vice-versa with tank

Every memory can hold two resonance skills. and theres also two types of resonance skills.

• Stat Buffs (see image)
• Skill Buffs.
  There is one Skill Buff Resonance for every skill on the character (Basic attack, Orbs, Ult, etc.). They increase that skills level by 1. This can go past the max of 18.

When you resonate a memory, the buff you get is random. But you can reroll repeatedly until its the one you want. those red tickets you have allow you to skip the RNG altogether, and select which resonance you get
