Find a reference image to draw from
A lot of the stuff is badly placed anatomy wise, that's what's throwing you off
Then study anatomy and perspective, I recommend Proko
Great idea for the colors tho
Could you elaborate please
I do like that a lot
Idk why it looks like he's just painted red
I wanted him to glow like he's under a red light
Like it requires a looot of fixes, primarily neck, leg positions, hand size
You need to add something to the background, make a harsh light spotlight
But like this is quite advanced stuff
Thank you
Could you describe it?
Or give an example
You need to put a circle on the floor, oval shaped, and you need to use harsh red light, almost neon rendering
You need to do a dark shadow under the character
And more shadows and highlights on the body
Of course
I can see it
Good luck!
Thank you
The shadow needs to extend out of the skreen, the gray needs to be black, there should be nothing white on the character
Noting...
Highlights should be on the floor, shoulders, a little bit on the upper and lover forearm, on the characters right leg but not left
Highlights should be on what?
Use dark red for body color, desaturated dark red for the shadow, and almost completely dark red (almost black) for the background
That's pretty detailed man thank you
Entire spotlight area should be bright pale pink, to reflect a really bright red
Remember, hue =/= brightness
That's what I've been doing 💔
I was just moving the circle up and down on the colors wheel
Stay on the same red
But adjust the light and saturation instead
Never use pure white or pure black
Noted
Shadows are desaturated and dark red
Not vibrant dark red
Highlights are desaturated light red
Not bright red or white
Fair fair
Good luck
Thank you again
@carmine wolf it MIGHT have improved
I can sense where it's bad
The shading in the middle part is not that good and the harsh shadow needs to be bigger
The pants definitely need to be darker
You should do a gradient on the background going to almost black a t the top
Remember to use hard highlights for the floor and the back
Done
