Oh and you should make more variations not only
Skinny characters you should make some buffed ones and some nerds and some normal

You are doing well, tbh a big tip for me, since I know the circle and box strat for anatomy can be a little hard especially for poses just start by just making stuff up, make up a pose you want to try and sketch and tweak it as you go, something looks too small add more lines it may seem complicated but drawing someone posing with clothes is a whole lot easier than it shows it's all in shading and flow lines as well

If something doesn't make sense add a punch of extra lines til it does lmao

I don’t know if I’m wrong but I see that you mostly keep their hands tucked in their pockets or behind their waists, I recommend that you try as best as you can to draw the hands. It’s fine if it’s hard because the fingers are the hardest to shape.
The main thing you need to polish are the torsos. It really adds shape and feels like they’re comfortable with their pose.
And the last thing are the legs, I think you also seem to just cut the legs or crop them out. You also should learn more in legs because yet again they make your oc’s look more alive than standing still.
But there are many art styles that look like yours without any anatomy included. It’s fine if you don’t really go into detail in anatomy.
The first thing you should do before starting is either start with torsos or legs since they’re important to make your characters feel alive. I strongly recommend you use references or other real life poses to practice

If you don’t want to read❗️: practice legs, torso, and later hands. You don’t need to go into detail if you wish

Your style is so cool. If you want to start drawing them in different poses you'll have to start thinking about them in a 3d space. You could start by drawing a box mannequin & trying to put your character's features onto that. It'll probably be hard because of your cartoony style, but if you start doing simple mannequins in whatever poses you wanna do, without any features, it'll evolve into you being able to draw your characters like that too
