i gained motivation to learn to draw again and tried to make my first chibi ever. can someone tell me where i went wrong and why she looks "wrong" in some way?

Personally, and i dont speak for everyone, but the entire face (eyes, nose, mouth) seems abit skewed to the right, try flipping your drawing horizontally

Its hard to say, do you want to just get good at drawing chibis only? Or do you want to branch out more? If you are only going for chibi then its easy to just draw with alot of chibi references and gain muscle memory and visual library for how to draw chibis. However chibi body types are very unqiue and it eill be difficult to generalize if you then want to branch to more realistic styles. On the other hand if you practice drawing more realistically you might not be as good at chibis specifically but i guarantee you the skillset for realism transfers over to chibi art and you are learning alot more
