so, the way i learned this is that you can pick up the face you want to rotate the cube around( in this case its the bottom of it.) then you draw a circle around it like this

then you just move the 4 corner contact points around the circle, you can then connect those pounts to make the base of your new cube and then you just follow the perspective of the vanish point that will still apply to it, in this case its the bottom one.

notive that if you have a different angle than the one i've done here, the top lines of the cube might still have the other 2 vanish point's influence, in that case you gotta figure out new vanish points based on. like in the third cube. in that case we need to find the cube's new perspective (this is local perspective and it happens when your objects are not aligned 1:1 with the grid you decided at the start, aka the object is rotated.)

to find the vanishing points you can just follow this base straight lines till they meet at the horizon point.

the good thing is that you don't need to be 100% exact with following the vanish points, you can get away with being around the same area and it will look good enough. once you get the working of these enough you wont need to do this circle thing everytime, but its a good practice.

i hoped into blender and just rotated the default cube and drew a circle in perspective following the same method i explained above just so we have more samples.

this is also how we draw circles in perspective too and the ncylinders, if you ever go for drawing cylinders in perspective, just draw a cube in perspective and then a circle around the 4 cornes lolol
