The fully colored drawing below , the guy looks a bit weird. Hes supposed to be my oc and he’s supposed to have a more slender build instead of a muscular build, but i dont know how to change it up. My friend also said the jaw was kind of weird. Help is appreciated

On the drawing below, the neck looks a bit disconnected from the head, so it looks like it has a curve of the neck which feels off.
Like your friend mentioned, the jaw looks a little wide for that angle. Maybe try making the head slightly smaller and thinning the jaw a bit to balance the proportions
