I had the same issue before since most of what I draw are women, One thing that helped me make the men I draw more masculine looking is the bone structure of the face.
Like making the chin wider, make the face have "sharper" edges rather than soft.
Smaller eyes could help too, thicker brows (which ur drawint already has)

honestly idk, i just place where ever i think it's right and just ball from there, like i use colors to like uh, do the base sketches
