Hmm I clicked on this post as a beginner and i feel guilty so might as well leave my thoughts:

I also struggle with hands, but i found out that I redrew them again and again and it works. From that experience i learned that drawing a rough arm placement proportion sketch thingy also helps with the natural positioning of the hand (like how it twists or turns idk) just place the arms in natural looking spots and the hands will follow

Sometimes no hand is best hand
