Update (dont mind the arms 😭)

I'm not an expert but one thing is don't make them circles.

Trying to keep it pg spoiler is for artistic nudity

The chest is essentially just a triangular prism attached to the front (like a low poly female model). When drawing the front view its much easier to just imply the form with shadows underneath rather than draw it outright as it will always cast a shadow

Woah this helped me too and I wasn't even looking for help on this topic

#

Permission to save this image??

For 2D is this good?

Again you should try to not make them circles and have more of a form to them

Whattt! Thats a great sketch tho

From a straight on view there's not really lines, it's a very smooth shape so depending on lighting (and the specific body you're drawing) it's more implied by the shadows and less outlined

I'd recommend going to Pinterest and just look up female poses they help a lot

earnest cargo
#

Okay

#

I tried on reddit and got straight nsfw

#

😭

drowsy lantern
#

YEAH DONT DO REDDIT 😭

#

earnest cargo
#

drowsy lantern
#

I MEANT ART BTW

#

This explains pretty good

I heard from a friend they arent exactly symmetrical

#

Idk if it’s true tho

drowsy lantern
#

Okay gimme a sec imma save your photo and draw over it if that's okay

earnest cargo
#

Ok

drowsy lantern
#

Try like this because it still feels like you’re trying to make them a whole line and connected but think of it with no shirt

#

They’re not as circular

earnest cargo
#

Ah okay

valid bolt
#

Yeah there shouldn't be an outline on the top

drowsy lantern
#

Something I think would really improve your art is working on lines. Your lines are very straight. Don’t be scared to add some curves

earnest cargo
#

Mb

drowsy lantern
#

Ohh

#

So with the collar bone it’s more light and not connected as much

earnest cargo
#

I had it as a guide line for the start

#

Wait

#

I think thats to circular

#

Also it does depend on shake and size right?

#

Because from what ive seen irl they come in a lot of different types

drowsy lantern
#

Did you want them to be large, medium, or small

earnest cargo
#

Medium/large

drowsy lantern
#

Okay so

#

I’ll try to explain this simply

#

You make the bottom too open

#

If you want medium/large you’re putting too much emphasis on the inside and not outside

#

It would curve out more

#

More like this?

valid bolt
#

Ah so in that case it is a bit too low because from a front view the collar bone is at the top right where the trapezius is. I made a sketch here

earnest cargo
#

Ah okay

drowsy lantern
#

THATS PERFECT ACTUALLY YEAH

earnest cargo
#

Lmao

#

Good job?

#

Idk what to say to that 😭

drowsy lantern
#

lol

earnest cargo
#

I was basing my drawing off this girl (i got permission for all this dw)

valid bolt
#

The way it curves out here is important

#

Because there is a little bit of fat and muscle right above the armpit that connects under the bobes

earnest cargo
#

Idk how to phrase this but do they like hang off the side of a womans chest?

#

If larger

#

Like this?

drowsy lantern
#

That's better

#

Way better actually

#

I like the left one but the right is a pinch too saggy

earnest cargo
#

Her left or ours

#

Left and right*

drowsy lantern
#

Ours

earnest cargo
#

Better?

valid bolt
#

Yes I think the only reason it looks weird now is ribcage below them is a bit off

#

And arm/shoulder/armpit anatomy

earnest cargo
#

Now i needa learn how to draw 2D feminine legs 😭
