You should make the eyes round and ad an eyelid and make the snout lower because it’s tilted downwards an not straight, and also the lowest horn is too large compared to the rest, try to rather make every horn the same size

Okay, so it looks- better, but it's still terrible, also moving the ears (the bottom "horns" are actually ears while the other two are whatever axolotls got on the sides of their heads) is kinda complicated because currently they're the same height level as the side view.

I strongly assume it's the face but idk how to fix it ._.

You should try changing the face shape then, for example->

Or add shading or eyebrows for more depth
