I actually recommend making the hair wider. The headphones should be big enough to completely cover the ears. Side note, did you use a reference for the hand pose?

I suggest taking a picture of yourself or someone else doing the pose and pay attention to how the whole hand interacts with eachother. Not just individual parts’ isolated shapes
