I am new to digital art and am looking to learn some more on it.^^ How does one even start to making something like this?

It was an art piece off of Pinterest that was enhanced by ai

If you're talking about the rendering and the glowing lineart, you can do it quite easily with digital art
But for the drawing itself, doing this stuff looks like it would require a really good perspective

Now I feel like I must learn how to make this in digital art form to be able to compete with AI better

Do yall know what kind of brushes I should use for it?

And also how do I get the glow?
