Hey I'm not that good at art but if ur going for a anime based style id say lessend the blonde's jaw like make it a little pointier i mean lessen her cheek [(ON THE FACE)].

Here’s a quick paint over I did. Maybe it can give you some ideas? First I adjusted the values a bit to add a little more contrast to make it pop, then used liquify to adjust the face features from the characters a bit, made the right character look at the bunny she’s holding a bit more as well, interaction = storytelling. Increased the contrast of the shadows to make them a bit darker. And lastly added a foreground element to create more ‘depth’ on your painting to give it more of that 3d effect in a way.
