here are my settings, output frame is what is exported, overflow frame is extra space, 24fps is standard, i have the playback set to 2s initially but you can always change it. division line is just a visual indicator (think of highway markers), 6f is standard as well.
all of my settings should be the standard for japanese animation, and i also use an optional template, which looks like this:
if you're going to use csp as your main software, i would set these shortcuts: play/stop, select next/prev cel, new animation cel, and rename in timeline order.
