Honestly that mouth looks pretty good! I'd recommend lifting up a bit though

I mean you nailed the distant look in her eyes
I just think that the whole face should be showing off the deranged look to make the expression more interesting to look at if that makes sense?
So like you could try playing around with the position of the eyebrows to sell the expression as well
Cause right now imo she's got a gentle happy look
