You take the camera angle from below Which is automatic like the 2 eyes on the right that I drew, eye no 1 the camera angle is from the front and the 2nd eye the camera angle is from below, and I think the mistake is not on the right eye but the left eye.

Then for the hair part, it seems like you made a slight mistake in the sketch stage, usually I use guide lines to know where the hair strands will go so that it makes it easier to make the hair more fluffy and it will be easier to shade the hair because it has volume, For the last part of the chin and cheeks, if you draw the camera angle from below, front, top usually the cheek area is larger than the chin area so there must be a curved line connecting the cheek and chin.

Your illustration is very good!!! and I am impressed with you because you dare to take a camera angle that most other artists avoid, but there is 1 mistake in your illustration...

namely you seem "not confident with the lines you make." so that it makes the lineart you draw feel stiff. Therefore I suggest you use a soft brush that is quite large when sketching so that you don't focus too much on details and you are more confident in making lines or curves.
